Patty's Breast Cancer Journey

My name is Christina Capitini and I have started this campaign "Patty's Breast Cancer Journey" in order to raise money to send my best friend (who I consider a sister) to Mexico for alternative cancer treatment. Patty Elberti Jackson is a Stage four, terminal cancer patient who has just recently been informed last month that her cancer has spread and that this was her "two minute warning". I started this campaign to help raise funds to send Patty to Hope 4 Cancer, an alternative cancer treatment facility located in Mexico. The total cost of this facility is $20,000 and we are doing everything we can to meet that goal. Thank your for your support.

I'll let Patty describe her diagnosis as of Nov. 29th, 2016 below:

"I want to Thank you all for giving me the respect of waiting for my update while I shared the news with my family. It has been difficult to find the words to update. 
Soooooo, here it is! Unfortunately they have found progression, what makes it different this time then the past is that the dynamic of the tumors have changed and are more aggressive! Although my doctors respect that I want to treat this "Alternatively" at this time he has advised me that it is not working fast enough, the cancer is trying to win this race. Unfortunately, treating Alternatively is expensive and out of pocket and we just can't afford it. I have not been under a Integrative Doctors Care and have been doing this by my research. So, as you all know Chemo is not an option for me, it is a band-aid not a Cure. However I have agreed to go on a chemo pill until I can get approved for another treatment (my insurance company denied me because they don't have enough data and they don't know if it will help me, that's a joke)  So in the meantime. God has continued to prepare me for this and supply me of all my needs. He has given me peace in him and continues to comfort my family. He reminds me that this another season we must walk. We are praying for a miracle! We are praying that I will be blessed to go to Mexico to be treated naturally under doctors supervision in hopes that I will be cured! In the meantime I ask everyone to pray for endurance and healing over me! God has reminded me WE have been here before and he saw me though, he will see me though this also!

 With that being said, I don't need to tell you she is a positive , strong and inspirational person, who has shown me what it is to fight, believe, live life and be strong, and for that I will be a forever changed person.
