Paying tribute to Jacob

Jacob, a loving father, son, brother, and uncle, passed away in the early hours of August 18th.  He left everyone very unexpectedly two weeks before his 34th birthday.  I am heavy heartedly writing this on behalf of my Dad and Jake's Mom.  Funerals and memorials are very expensive, and we want to have a nice service to memorialize my brother.  Those of you who knew Jake, knew that he loved to fish, loved his family, and most of all loved his Son.  Saying he will be greatly missed is an understatement.  Anything will help and will be immensely appreciated.
