Hello! Peace Kapalo is an 18 year old sophomore student at Africa Bible College in Lilongwe, Malawi, majoring in mass communications. He is an amazing young man in a tough environment, where education can change lives drastically. This is an opportunity to help bring about that change.
Malawi, located in southeastern Africa, is one of the poorest and least developed countries in the world. Infant mortality is high, life expectancy is low, and climbing out of poverty is rare. Decent steady jobs are also rare. Obtaining one not only transforms the quality of life for the employee and their family, it's effect also resonates to the entire surrounding community.
Peace is an individual with great potential. He is smart and compassionate with a bright future. Through his faith he serves the less fortunate, donating his time and energy to help the most in need. It's amazing to witness the joy he bring to the orphans out in the countryside.
Unfortunately, his family's financial situation will force him to drop out of college soon, if no help arrives. He already has an outstanding balance due from last semester, further stressing the issue. At this moment his academic future is uncertain.
But we can do something about that! With your help, Peace can continue his studies and relieve the pressure his parents and three brothers face everyday. We will be releasing videos regularly as this campaign goes on, so you can get to know him! You will be personally aware of who your donations are going to, and gain insight into another part of the world. Any amount helps tremendously.
