Penny The Cat Wants To Go Home

Penny showed up in my backyard 2-3 weeks ago.  My grandchildren's voices are probably what drew her to the fence.  When the cat stayed for a while, I decided it might be lost so I looked at the tag.  I called the number on the tag and discovered Penny had escaped an RV at a gas station on a cross country trip.  Penny lives in Sacramento and her human family misses her very much, along with her mother, Gracie.  Gracie is still with the family - she did not escape with Penny.  Penny was lost near the Oklahoma-Missouri border, so she has somehow traveled nearly 200 miles to just west of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.  She's still about 1500 miles short of making it home.  I would like to send Penny home, but her owner is unable to afford this trip at this point in time.  Any help is appreciated.
