Peru Rico Food Truck

My name is Monica Vanessa Cruz , I am a 23 year old female who graduated this past june 2015 of Culinary Arts , Johnson and Wales University , North Miami campus  . My dream is to open my own restaurant and make people happy with my food . I am extremely passionate about it and cook from my hearth  . I am from San Juan , Puerto Rico . Currently working as a Full time line cook and love it . I bought 9 months ago a 96' Chevrolet Food truck just to start with something and grow big on it . I have put all my effort and dedication to it because I really want to open it soon  . Even tho it is a food truck and not a restaurant it is my very own business that I can grow on and in the future expand it as a restaurant . I am raising money because I have no more money left to put into my foodtruck , all of my savings from work went directly into it , it has taken me 9 months to collect all the money I have spent on it buying equipment , paint , and taking it to the mechanic since it is an " oldie" , I am drained exhausted working more than 55 hours weekly and I am just asking for this money so I can finish up my foodtruck and open it by summer . I really really want this , I am really passionate about food , work and making people content  , I have worked really hard and I just want my hard work and effort to pay off . The money I collect from this fund will be used to get all my permits that I need to open the foodtruck out and to print the Logo to paste it onto the foodtruck in the outside  . I would like to collect it by this summer so I can open it as soon as possible . This would mean so much to me because I've worked really hard for this and I just want to open something that would make people happy every time they grab a bite . Food makes me happy and I want to make other people happy as well . I would be so thankfull if I can raise this money because it's all I have ever wanted , to own my very own business .
