Phat Panda Food Truck
Donation protected
If you didn't already know, I have a enormous passion for food. I purchased this Stepvan with no equipment. It is my blank canvas and I am starting from scratch.
My company name for my food truck is called PHAT PANDA. You may giggle at the name, but it is a name that has special meaning. The "PH" is for the Philippines, which is my background, and the "AT" is to represent Austin, Texas. Austin was where I fell in love with the BBQ scene, and I've become inspired ever since I visited a few best friends 3 years ago. My food combines Filipino, American and Texas barbecue flavors. "Panda" just represents me as one of those fun loving animals.
I am reaching out to friends and family for your support on making my dream become a reality. I am asking for donations to help me purchase my kitchen equipment in the truck, licensing, vehicle wrapping and decals, and truck maintenance. My truck does run now, but it could still use some work.
My goal, as crazy as it sounds, is to have a fully functional truck by May 31, 2017.
Your support to help this goal a reality means more than words to me. I am forever grateful to have support from friends and family. I want to spread all the love I have for food to everyone I come across in my life. Whether you see it in my Snapchat, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media, I am obsessed with tasty and delicious cuisine.
Let's get Phat Panda going!
