Philip & Nancy Young and Family

Hi family & friends! My brother Philip and his wife Nancy and two teenage daughters, Olivia 17 and Rachel 13, lost their home and everything in it to a devastating house fire on Dec 15. They also lost their new pet kitten in the fire. Everyone is safe and sound, but they lost everything including clothes, food, furniture, and electronics. The house insurance does not include coverage for the contents.
The firefighters did everything they could to save the home, but the contents were a total loss. Philip is a self-employed master carpenter and Nancy teaches special needs students at Johnny Appleseed Elementary School in Leominster.
Despite everything they have been through Phil and Nancy are overwhelmed by love and support from friends and family, so any donation, big or small, will be incredibly appreciated as they try to cope with this immediate challenge. We are all doing everything we can to help them during the holidays. SO many family members, strangers, church family, firefighters, and EMT members have helped them in their time of need already and we are all very thankful!! Every little bit helps as they build their future together once more!

The house is over 200 years old. It has been our family home for over 50 years. I will keep you posted on the house insurance review.
