Pitbull Attack Victim Mark Keegan

My nephew "Little" Mark Keegan was attacked by a pitbull at a friend's house Thursday. He has suffered extensive damage to his arm which will require reconstructive surgery. Since the owner of the dog has failed to provide documentation of any current rabies vaccination, little Mark will also have to endure painful rabies treatments. Little Mark is being raised by my brother-in-law, Brian Keegan, who is also a single dad. Any funds raised will help Brian with the enormous hospital bills  he will be facing.
