A recent Science Magazine study showed that planting billions of trees is the most effective way to combat global warming.
The Amazon is already dry from global heating, so setting it on fire is a piece of cake. The Earth's food supply will soon run out, so the quickest way to make money is clearing trees to grow mono crops or graze cattle.
Never-mind that our forests are turning from carbon sinks into carbon outputs... When shit hits the fan, we will feed the world with meat and soy! We will follow capital to the destruction of the Earth!
Amidst this collective madness, children's voices are the clearest: "Why isn't everyone talking about the climate crisis? Why isn't EVERYONE planting trees, in order to save our future?"

Let's Plant works with community-based groups and volunteers to plan and plant oak, maple, pine, olive and carob trees in the UK, Israel, Cyprus, the Netherlands, Italy, and Bulgaria. Trees that will provide the myriad of beneficial ecosystem services, including sequestering carbon dioxide - essentially a global warming solution.
With our expertise and committed volunteer corps, we will plant approximately 1000 new trees in the first phase of our project in Spring 2020.
We have an incredible network of community partners and volunteers who help make our tree planting missions successful. With the increase of temperature, it will take greater effort to keep trees irrigated and alive. That's where YOU come in!
The money you donate to this project will allow us the flexibility to plant these trees and create a drip system for deep, soaking irrigation to the entire area beneath the forest.
The money raised here will also allow us to purchase trees in bulk, transport them, purchase and propagate ground covers and perennials to complement our tree plantings, provide soil amendments and staking materials, produce and print promotional materials, provide educational materials to volunteers, cover the costs to coordinate this project, and continue to ramp up our missions around the world.
For €100, you can have a tree dedicated to you or a loved one. We will send you a film of the tree naming ceremony. A name will be engraved on the tree.
There is an age-old saying that in the very unfortunate event of someone facing a sickness, a harmful disease or even the threat of death, their grandma would plant a tree and baptise it, dedicating its name to the the health of the ill family member.
A powerful symbolic act done with faith allows the health of the person to grow as the tree grows and to strengthen as its bark does. As the tree grows, the person heals. In our team, we have a dedicated anthropologist who studied myths, local beliefs and naming ceremonies across the world and can perform this ceremony for your loved one.
You can also have a tree named in loving memory of someone who's passed away, so their contribution to the world can keep on growing.
