Playground for Cleary

Cleary School for the Deaf in Nesconset is the only year round preschool school in Suffolk county that works with kids with hearing impairments and other physical disabilities and prepares them to be mainstreamed into the districts. It also accommodates older children whose physical disabilities make it impossible to go to their own districts. This amazing school does not have a playground/play area for the children.

All funding the school gets goes to updating technology to help the children progress to their highest potential which you can imagine is very expensive. While we as parents understand how crucial all the technological improvements help our children, they also need to play and be a kid like every other child, and this playground would be just one step towards that goal. 

We are trying to raise funds to have a playground installed, all proceeds will go directly to this. I know the holiday season will be upon us before we know it and everyone has something going on but this is a worthwhile cause for kids in our community.
