Indoor Mini Ramp in Skateboard Shop

Want to help build an indoor mini-ramp for skaters young and older to skateboard on all year round?
Hi! I'm trying to establish the Playground Skateshop at 149 3rd Street in Turners Falls, MA and would like to raise money to build and insure a 12' wide 3' high mini-ramp inside. Can you help? My plan is to offer skateboarding classes to kids to help get them excited about the art and athleticism it brings and ready them to skate with the older skaters and pros at the new Unity Skatepark coming this summer behind the skateshop. It will be a pay-to-skate ramp that will also be open for 2-hour skate sessions to help pay for the rent and liability insurance (which is the most expensive part). I'm a youth social worker by day and would love to transition to servicing skaters young and old, be a good steward of the public skatepark, a positive influence to kids in my community, and provide young people opportunities and excitement they might not have imagined or had access to before. I could really use your help. Any amount you can give is greatly appreciated! THANK YOU for your contribution and THANK YOU for supporting skateboarding in Franklin County and for helping provide young people a chance to stay active, focused and change the way they see the world around them through the awesome performance art of skateboarding.
