Please Help Brandon Provide For His Family

Greetings, my name is Mary & I am helping my cousin take care of his family and also himself while dealing with a scary cancer diagnosis, accompanied by severe illness. My dear cousin, Brandon needs help, love and support! He has been feeling off for a few weeks, deep fatigue, unexplained weight loss and just general malaise. Last week an excruciating pain started up in his lower back. He went to the ER. Imagining and thorough testing was done. A tumor, the size of a grape fruit was discovered atop one of his adrenal glands, (adrenal glands sit on top of the kidneys) with another tumor on his liver. Earlier this week, he was given the diagnosis of adrenal gland cancer. He’s understandably scared. Treatment starts Tuesday. He is rapidly losing weight and is in so much pain and feels so bad physically, that he’s no longer able to work. Plus, his treatments will further disable him. He’s been a top notch chef at higher end restaurants for many years. Always a hard worker. Medical leave pay is only 40% of his former income. He reports that he’s never asked for help before and doesn’t want to do it, but needs to keep a roof over his two daughters’ heads and continue to pay basic living expenses. Many of the resources meant to help citizens during emergent need like this, are tapped out or have super long waiting lists. He will also need money to pay for any out of pocket medical expenses his treatment will incure. Brandon is a primary caregiver for his daughters and is one of the most loving & involved dads I’ve known. Currently, his 17 year old daughter, who is a senior in high school is working two jobs to try and help fill in the financial gaps (She insisted on doing this) If you are able to help out financially, any amount will help and be deeply appreciated by him.
