Please Help Chibi

Please Help My 14 Year old Niece Save her Baby. Chibi Is A 6 month old King Charles Cavalier . Unfortunately Chibi Got tangled In Something and While her Brother was trying to Rescue her She Fell and broke a Bone in her Upper Leg that needs Surgery. Chibi just isnt her Baby, She is a Very special Dog That has Helped My Niece through Social Anxiety and Bullying . My Niece is distraught and Asking for any help to Have her baby Healed and back Home with Her :( Any help is muchly and Greatfully appreciated. Thanku x
