Please help Kim and Roger Hatfield

No parent is prepared to receive a call like the one Kim and Roger Hatfield received yesterday about their son, Teddy Carter.  Teddy drowned while swimming in Lady Bird Lake.  Please help our dear friends lay their son to rest.  Any amount will help!
