Please help me get out from under predatory loan

About 2 months ago, I was in desperate need of $1000. I had no other options, so I took out a loan from cashnet USA, a loan with 300% interest. Yes. 300%. I had no other options. Even after paying $300, I have only made $49 progress in paying it off. It’s currently at $1300 owed and I am, again, out of options.
I’m a disabled queer nonbinary Jew in Louisiana. I don’t have a lot of recourse. Please help me out from under this debt and a little toward making it through the rest of the month?
