Please help my family and I save our dogs life

My dog Leia who is only 3 years old was diagnosed with front leg bone cancer. The vet said the only option was amputating her leg and it is a costly preocedure,  the cancer is spreading and she is in a great deal of pain and the surgery needs to happen as soon as possible.
