A Van for Parkinson's Man

My name is Earl.  I was diagnosed with Parkinson's Disease when I was 39 years old.  Two years ago, I had the Deep Brain Stimulation which was 90% successful. It  has helped my shaking and rigitidy tremendeously.
However, this past summer I started losing my balance and falling uncontrollably. The Doctors tell me I am now in stage four out of the five stages of Parkinsons.  I am hoping to raise funds for a  vehicle, such as a mini van, to transport my motorized cart that I am now required to use. I would be so thankful for the opportunity to safely and independently get around again.
