Praying For Kali
Donation protected
My niece Kali Shultz is home for the summer after completing her first year of college on a softball scholarship at Brenau University. On May 20th 2018 she suffered a traumatic brain Injury while skate boarding. Since then she has been in the nuero ICU unit at Gwinnett Medical Center where she has already had one brain surgery to remove her cranial bone plate to help reduce swelling in her brain and abdominal surgery to correct a feeding tube leakage. She has remained somewhat sedated while her injuries have time to heal. She has a long road ahead of her but we are confident God will perform his miracle and she will make a complete recovery. In the mean time we want to make this road a little less difficult to walk by creating this page. Both my brother, and sister in law have served our communities, and country most of their lives in the military and in public safety. If you know my brother then you know setting something up like this is not easy when you are used to saving everyone else, but for once I want to help save him and his family any undue burdens. We know this won’t make Kali recover any faster because that is in God’s hands, this will help relieve some of the worry of unexpected medical costs and expenses that are unforeseen right now.
We appreciate any amount you are able to donate, but most importantly we will accept prayers instead if you are not able to donate. We ask you to keep Kali lifted in prayers as we know this will bring her home to a full recovery.
Thank you to all!
April Shultz
