Predator Ridge Emergency Evacuation Siren

There has been some confusion around the Tip GoFundMe services section of the donation form. GoFundMe has a 0% platform fee for organizers and relies on the generosity of donors like you to operate their service and keep costs low. Should you decide to add a tip, that's great, but it certainly isn't necessary. Once you enter the amount of your donation, the slider bar for the tip becomes active. Simply slide it to the left to 0% as indicated in the picture below.

Hi, my name is Jane Toppozini. Along with my fellow committee members, the Predator Ridge Community Emergency Management Committee (PRCEMC) is raising funds within the Predator Ridge Community to install an Emergency Evacuation Siren (ESS).

Because we are sharing the cost of the siren with Predator Ridge and Sparkling Hill Resorts, the Predator Ridge Community will be responsible for approximately one-half of the total cost.

With about 750 households in the community, if each family contributes between $75.00 and $100.00, we could easily reach our target goal of $60,000.

We recognize that not everyone’s financial situation is the same, so we ask that you please support this fundraising initiative as best as possible. If your circumstances allow for additional funds, we will welcome the support. At the end of the day, we are all building a better, safer community together.

The EES is scheduled to be installed by mid-May, well ahead of the 2023 Fire Season.
