3 pound Premature baby in incubator

Paula is in the Philippines and is only 17 years old and her baby boy has been born 7 Weeks early and is in a incubator he is only 3 pounds. She needs help with the medical bills because in the Philippines she can not leave the hospital until she pays the bills. She is my wife's cousin and we are trying to help her out. Thank you
