Project Life Center

Sarah and Zsuzsi both had a vision:  a space where women can gather to expand our minds, move our bodies, connect with our community and work together to inspire positive change.  Except we, Sarah and Zsuzsi, hadn't met each other yet.  The day that we did, we started planning Project Life Center .  We are very fortunate to be given an opportunity to make this dream a reality and have a space in Woodside, Queens that we can call home!  Well, first we need to pay rent, utilities, start-up, launch our business and then we can call it home!  We are fired up and we're asking for your support to help get it ready to go!  

Project Life Center will be accessible through a membership, which offers access to classes and the use of the internet cafe.  Men are welcome on "Wednesday Mensday" and special events on Friday and Saturday evenings.  Classes of all varieties will be taught:  fitness and movement, creative arts, language arts, business development, personal development, childcare and women's health... ANYTHING is possible.  We will make art, we will move mountains, we will pay rent.   Won't you help us? 

This is truly an opportunity of a lifetime:  to have a space, a sanctuary, that can empower women in the Queens community where space is so desperately needed and nourishing oneself is so often overlooked.
