TENNESSEE WILDFIRES RELIEF

I am a Senior at Sevier County High School.  I started a Foundation Project Neighbor Tree - "Branching Out To Those In Need" as a way to collect and distribute personal care products to the "Neighbors" we serve through the Food Ministries Program.  Due to the current Emergency situation in East Tennessee, Wildfires in Sevier County has caused families to leave their homes in the middle of the night. Many of those families have lost their homes and personal belongings. I personally know some of these families, teachers, and students. Through my foundation, Project Neighbor Tree, I am collecting funds to purchase personal care products for the families who are in need. The funds are directly deposited into my mothers account.  All funds will be withdrawn by her and will go directly to the purchasing of personal care products.  I will be delivering 125 product bags today to the local emergency shelters in place,specifically Red Cross.  I will continue to collect funds and products to be delivered to families in need.  Future delivery of product will happen when we are notified by the relief team that the resouce center is need of more products.
