Proper Home for the Proper Villain

I am in need of your help folks. My landlord decided that he wanted to retire and he is basically kicking me, my girlfriend and 5 year old daughter out in 30 days. I do not have the ability to come up with 1st month and security deposit on even a studio apartment in southern California. So I need to move someplace cheaper. After much discussion and frustration and even some tears, my girlfriend and I decided to move to Oregon where she has family and it is much more reasonable to live. That is what the money I am asking for will be used for. Renting a U-Haul, gas, food (groceries as well), security deposit and 1 months rent for an apartment, utilities for said apartment, and funds to help with things till my girlfriend and I get jobs. I don't like to normally ask for help, but this seems like it is too big for me to handle. Anything you can do to help would be appreciated.
