Publius to Leadership Conference

Hi! My name is Emma Capps, and I am a 16 year-old conservative activist. I started a website called Publius Post (www.publiuspost.com) to blog about my perspectives as a young conservative. I have volunteered for Dr. Ben Carson and Congressman Dave Brat to help with their campaigns, and I recently interned for Gretchen Carlson at Fox News in New York and Col. Allen West at the National Center for Policy Analysis (NCPA) in Dallas.  Through everything I do, I strive to encourage next generation conservatives to get involved in politics and speak out because we are continually silenced by liberals.

I am also involved in National Teenage Republicans (TAR). Last summer, I attended the National TAR Leadership Conference (TLC) and had the best week of my life learning about conservative values, meeting conservatives, and learning how to start a TAR club in my area.
