Puerto Rico Mental Health Mission
Donation protected
On September 17, 2017, Puerto Rico was ravaged by Hurricane Maria. With approximately 20% of the island still without power, threats of water rationing once again, companies closing weekly, homicides and suicides happening daily, the island is still experiencing the devastation.
In an attempt to respond, a group of 20 faculty, staff, students and alumni of Andrews University and the Lake Union Conference of Seventh Day Adventists will be in Puerto Rico from March 16th through the 24th, to provide mental health trainings in churches and communities. This campaign is to help raise funds for expenses for this trip.
