Putnam DART Operation: Water's Edge
The Putnam County DART team is currently deployed to Clay County. The residents of this area are suffering due to rising flood waters and an increase in the release from Wolf Creek Dam.
We are actively sheltering more than 60 animals in efforts to provide a service to our community. By providing a safe place for animals, we ensure that our friends and neighbors will feel safe when evacuating their homes in this time of disaster.
Funds raised will be used to purchase much-needed materials for the PC DART team such as water and food bowls, ID tags and labels, and administrative/logistical supplies.
Experiencing an emergency is distressful enough, we are here to help in this time of need by providing a safe place for your companion.
