Chest Surgery

After over 10 years on testosterone, it's well past time to finally have chest surgery. I've found a way to make this happen, but any help covering my living expenses during the recovery period when I'll be on leave from work, or in paying off the debt from the cost of the surgery itself, would be greatly appreciated. Please note, the "goal" listed is just a high-end "wouldn't it be nice if" type of number. I have no actual expectations to achieve that kind of contribution.
