Martha Mason's Broken Leg Surgery

My sister, Martha, is a kind, generous, thoughtful person who has found heaven on earth living down in Costa Rica. She has a close circle of friends and enjoys her life there. On March 25, she fell down a mountain and exploded the bone above her knee replacement. Now she must have surgery to repair the break at a cost of $15,000. Martha has no money, no worldly goods, nothing. All she has is her family and friends to help her through this extremely difficult time.
