Come in Houston- Grace Hopper Bound

As many of you know I have spent the last nine months learning programming and developing an iPhone app with my fiancé, Matthew. I have already learned an amazing amount both about coding and myself and our app with be in the App Store by the end of the year. I love programming and am right on the cusp of transitioning from learning to paid work.
As part of this experience I became involved with the women-in-tech community here in Phoenix. I found Women Who Code and am now a co-organizer here in town. This issue is important to me and I want to be connected to it in an even bigger way.
This is where the Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing comes in. It is the women-in-tech conference to attend every year and will be in Houston in just a few weeks: October 14-16. The agenda is chock full of sessions with upwards of 10 at any given time. Sessions range from career-focused to technical.
I believe that attending the conference will help me complete the transition from a self-taught programmer into a career. I also think that it will energize me as I continue to learn at the next level. I will also get to see what my community looks like from a national perspective.
I have already purchased my registration and now just a need a little extra help to get there! My funds collected with be used for my travel, accommodations, meals, and registration. The goal above will not actually cover the total cost, but will be enough that, with my contribution, I can go.
Any help that you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Here is the amazing woman that the conference is named after, Grace Hopper .
And here is a picture of the conference from last year.
