Keeping the Homeless Warm

Donation protected
Rising rents are astronomical, resulting in more  people forced to live on the streets; including children.  According to statistics, the homeless population has risen by 10% in Multnomah County and 8% in Clark County over the past year.

4 years ago, Jeri W,  Rashonda  W.,  Kirby L,  Beth B,  India  H and myself began our tradition to help keep this population warm.  With the support of family, friends, community, and retail partners, we have provided cold winter wear to those in need.  As the population continues to grow, we have become even more committed to helping as many as we possibly can.

Last year we personally distributed over 600 coats to men, women and children.  It is our goal to double those numbers this year.  By raising an additional $1000 our efforts could expand to purchase hats, gloves and scarves.

Homelessness does not discriminate.  While most work and receive a paycheck, sometimes it's simply not enough.  We hope you can find it in your heart to help someone stay alive and warm this winter.

All donations will be humbly accepted from now until Nov 30th as distribution will take place in early December.

May God Bless You!
