Emergency Surgery For Toy

Toy is the happiest puppy in the world, and those who know him know it for a fact. Now a days he can’t run, play, or eat anymore. He has a serious gum  disease that can eventually stop his heart according to the vet. He needs emergency surgery, the estimated cost is no where near affordable his procedure estimated out to be more than $1000, therefore anything ANYTHING helps ... thank you so much.
