Racism Is Real - Let's Stop It
Donation protected
My dad, Hubert Roberts, and my mother, Debra Davis, woke up this morning to find dad's truck had been vandalized. There are racial slurs on his vehicle on both sides and all four of his tires were slashed. If anyone knows him, they know how hard he works in the Flint community to mentor youth and support a city he loves. Once a month he rallies other men to greet children at Northwestern and Southwestern High Schools. He helps with an annual trip where young men in Flint are mentored and learn how to camp and fish. Throughout the year he volunteers for several community programs aimed at helping children in Flint and the community. He is very outspoken about racism and white supremacy and he will continue to push forwards with is efforts. Thank you for all of your support.
We have updated the goal after community members stepped to do the body work. Now we only have to worry about the tires and replacing the chrome on the truck.
