Rags Surgery back leg amputation

Someone in our mobile home community shot our cat. Rags is an indoor outdoor. She was originally a stray cat, it why she was allowed to go out. I am hoping to raise 530 to save her life. (And a 3 hr drive to get to this vet in Richmond VA)They will amputate her leg. She might only have 3 legs but she will still be with us. If you know of any vets in Martinsburg that charge less for such surgeries please message me.
