Help save squirty boy

Wednesday night around 10: 30 p. M. Two kids decided to shoot my baby pup in the face with a shotgun. I'm devastated and heartbroken. My squirt is the most playful list big spoiled baby , you'll ever meet. I don't know why these kids would want to do anything to him. Squirt needs help to be able to recover. He's very strong, and holding on. I've had him since he was 4weeks old. My two boys loves him to death. We're asking for help so we can be able to get him the surgeries and treatment plans that he needs to make a 100% recovery please, and thank you and God bless
