Cancer Recovery and Bills

I am a 34 year old man living in South Carolina, I work for Goodwill and generally do what I can to help those around me. About a month ago I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer and had to take time off of work to get surgery and recover. During that time the house payments and bills started building up until the point where I just feel over my head. I was hoping that I might be able to reach out to some kind hearted souls to help me get back on my feet again and focus on beating the cancer.
