Ramon’s Retinosis Eye Operation

Hello, my dad’s name is Ramon Ugarte we are from El Paso Tx. He suffers from an eye hereditary disease called Retinosis Pigmentaria. Theres no specialists  here that can do this operation. It can only be done by the specialists in Cuba. This disease keeps him from doing many activities , like driving, and  there’s times where his vision is completely blurry, that he can’t see at all.  I’m funding  this fundraiser for him to help him with his eye operation , so his vision can get better. This disease will keep advancing  as time goes on to the point where it’ll get him completely bind. His medical insurance does not cover this operation.  Anything  truly helps thank you guys.
