Marathon Dedicated to UPV Scholars

Tax deductible
Message From Ben:

Hi All,

If you're here you know I'm running the TCS NYC Marathon on November 4, 2018.

While I am running to accomplish a personal goal I am also running to help change the lives of the students in the Philippines who are not as fortunate as myself. Which is why I have aligned my marathon with the One UPV Foundation. UPV aims to provide financial assistance and scholarships to students who want and need higher education but do not have the financial ability to afford it.  I cannot imagine what it is like to not be able to pursue an education. I have been so lucky in my life and this is the least I can do to give back. Thus, every mile I am running will be in support of creating more scholarships for the One UPV Scholars. I ask that if you can spare anything as well to please do. Every dollar you donate will make a tremendous difference in the lives of these students. Thank you.

Love,
Ben

Meet one of One UPV Foundation (USA) Inc. Scholar, Mr. Edmar Bandoja.

“I would not be where I am without the support of the UPV foundation. Their support was so important in allowing me to enroll at the University of the Philippines. Being an Accountancy student requires hard work and perseverance.  The academic requirements increase as the year goes by.  I plan to work at a banking firm as soon as I graduate and pass the board exam.  I also plan to continue my studies and pursue Law after I finish the Accountancy course.”

Thank you for your support in advance.
