Support UD attack victim

Earlier this week one of my best friends was attending a party at my school (University of Delaware) where he was viciously attacked by members of a frat known as Fiji. He was seriously injured to the point of being rushed to the hospital and sent to emergency surgery. He is home now and recovering although the physical pain will recover eventually the emotional toll will affect him forever. He can not walk nor can he work for the next month on top of now having major medical bills because he did not have insurance. I am reaching out to my fellow blue hens as well as anyone this story has reached and ask for your help with assistance in paying for his medical bills as well as his recovery. He was a victim of a horrible crime and I am ashamed to call the members of Fiji a fellow blue hen. I also ask that if anyone knows anyone involved in the attack please come forward! We appreciate all the love and support he has already received and any in the future.
