Taking my dad to North Dakota

On Sunday, May 8th, 2016, my father, Raymond Tofteland, passed away peacefully in his sleep. It was his wish to be placed with his father in North Dakota. Due to the unexpected financial stress caused by his passing, we are struggling to fufill his request to be spread with his father. We will be trying to leave for North Dakota on June 21st. Anything will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for everyones support in this trying time for my family.
