La mostra “Save the School” a Roma

Il nostro obiettivo è organizzare una mostra di pittura a Roma e un concerto di beneficenza il giorno dell’inaugurazione. 
Gli artisti sono bambini ungheresi che vivono in condizioni di estrema povertà e sono seguiti dalla Fondazione Real Pearl.

Scopo dell’evento è raccogliere i fondi per le attività educative dell’anno scolastico 2017-2018 per le quali l’associazione non ha purtroppo ricevuto contributi statali. I bambini parteciperanno all’udienza papale il 6 dicembre e regaleranno a Papa Francesco una delle loro opere, insieme alla descrizione di tutti i progetti in cui sono coinvolti. La mostra si terrà tra il 24 Novembre e l'8 dicembre 2017.

Ma per riuscire a realizzare questo sogno abbiamo bisogno del tuo aiuto.

Useremo le donazioni arrivate tramite GoFundMe per poter pagare:

·       l’affitto di uno spazio che accolga la mostra;

·       l’assicurazione e le spese di allestimento;

·       la copertura mediatica dell’evento;

·       i musicisti che suoneranno al concerto di beneficenza;

·       le spese di trasporto delle opere dall’Ungheria all’Italia;

·       le spese di trasporto, vitto e alloggio a Roma di 3-4 bambini e 2 insegnanti.

Tutti i fondi non utilizzati saranno devoluti ai diversi progetti della Fondazione.

La Fondazione “Real Pearl” è un’organizzazione non governativa ungherese che ha l’obiettivo di aiutare lo sviluppo della comunità in una delle regioni più povere del paese, vicino Berettyóújfalu. In campo dal 1999, i suoi programmi includono arte, istruzione, promozione del talento, assistenza alla famiglia e corsi di training attitudinale.

Real Pearl si occupa di fornire l’istruzione primaria in sei città e 23 villaggi per un totale di 670 bambini. Il 70% di loro provengono da realtà svantaggiate: 250 vivono in condizioni di estrema povertà.

Siamo una coppia di ungheresi che vive in Italia, seguiamo la Fondazione da anni e cerchiamo di supportarla come possiamo.

Questo progetto è davvero importante per noi e sarebbe un’enorme conquista riuscire a ottenere l’attenzione della comunità internazionale sulla Fondazione e sul suo fantastico lavoro.

Our mission is to organize a watercolor exhibition in Rome, (Italy) where artists are Hungarian children living in deep poverty,  mentored by the Real Pearl Foundation.

The goal is to raise funds for school completion and laboratory space for which they have not received state funding for the year 2017-2018.

The children will attend a papal audience on 6th December and will  give the Holy Father one of their artworks, also a description of the foundation's community projects. (We have the support of the Hungarian Embassy to the Holy See for this)

On the occasion of the exhibition opening, we organize a charity concert.
The exhibition will be held between  24th November and 8th December 2017.

The Real Pearl Foundation is a Hungarian non-governmental organisation with the mission to develop the communities in one of the most underprivileged regions of Hungary, near Berettyóújfalu. They have been working on the challenges of integration and development since 1999.

Real Pearl provides elementary art education in 6 towns reaching 23 villages for a total 670 children of which 70% is underpriviledged, 250 children come from deep poverty.

Now, we'd like to raise awereness of the international community about the problems these children are facing and organize the exhibition of the children's artworks in Rome, along a fundraising to reach financial stability for the foundation at least for the coming year.

We will use the funds to rent a space, set up the technical details and insurance, pay the artist coming to play on the charity concert, have media coverage of the event, pay transportation of the artworks from Hungary to Rome, purchase the plane ticket, settle accomodation and stay in Rome for 3 children and 2 teachers.

All the funds received and not used for the exhibition purpose will be donated to the foundation's educational project.

We, a Hungarian couple living in Rome, have been following the foundation's work for years and been supporting them as we can.  
This project is really important to us, would be a powerful achievment to realize it, to help and have the attention of the international community on the Foundation and on its amazing work.
