Recliner For Sick Step-Dad

That picture is of my Step-Dad, Dan, the last time he could take us to an amusement park two years ago. He's a really funny guy and this picture was him trying to make us all laugh on a super hot day. He's been very sick lately and he can never get comfortable, he has sarcoidosis in his lungs, diabetes, and PTSD from when he was in the Army. My Mom quit her job and works from home now for less money to help take care of him, and he misses a lot of work because he's been so sick. I know they're struggling to pay the medical bills and the rent and everything. Dan is uncomfortable all the time. He hurts when he lays down, he hurts when he sits on the couch and my Mom has said she wants to get him a really good recliner to sit in so he won't be so uncomfortable but she doesn't think she can afford it. My brother and I are doing this to try and buy Dan a recliner so he can be in the living room with us and watch TV again instead of laying down in bed. Thank you if you can help!
