Reed William Schwandt, age 40, passed away suddenly the morning of June 10, 2017, in Darien, CT. Reed collapsed while was out for his daily jog along the water near home.
He leaves behind a young family including his wife, Renee Schwandt, and three small children – Isabelle (10), Luke (7), and Emmerson (5).
Reed was a brilliant, driven, and hilarious young man who will be deeply and profoundly missed.
He enjoyed an accomplished career as an investment portfolio manager while still maintaining his enthusiasm for playing basketball, coaching youth sports, mentoring young professionals, volunteering in the community, supporting the Noroton Presbyterian Church and attending Green Bay Packers games.
