Remember Canadians killed in 9/11
Donation protected
On September 11th, 2001, I narrowly escaped from the 87th floor of the World Trade Center’s North Tower. I was lucky enough to survive, but 24 other Canadians perished in the terrorist attacks that day. Now, 17 years later, I want to build a memorial to remember the Canadian victims.
In 3 years, we will mark the 20th anniversary of 9/11. To mark that milestone, please help me build a memorial on Canadian soil to remember the victims.
The memorial will will be a piece of public art. The exact form of the memorial — a statue, mural, monument, etc —is yet to be confirmed and depends on municipal support.
Why am I doing this?
We can all remember exactly where we were on September 11, 2001. I Canadians need a place to connect and reflect on the tragedy.
Thank you for supporting me in an important project that will ensure those who perished will be remembered in a uniquely Canadian way.
