Replace Bob's Stolen PS4 Pro

I wanted a PS4 Pro so I sold my PS4 and Xbox One two weeks ago on OfferUp to buy a Pro from some guy like an hour's drive from here. I drove all the way down there, waited in a busy Walmart parking lot for ANOTHER hour for him to show up, and bought the Pro out of his car. When I got it home and fired it up, I thought it was weird the dude hadn't wiped it. It had a bunch of accounts on it and a ton of games installed to an external drive that wasn't attached, but I just wiped it and loaded my backup. Fast-Forward to today and I get a call from a detective saying I'm a suspect in a case and I need to call her back. Turns out the PS4 I bought was stolen, and I have to turn it back in to her.
So I'm out a console and the money I spent buying it.

A couple people have expressed interest in helping me get this cost recouped, because I'll probably never see that money, and I currently don't have a PS4 to play any of my games on.

I just want to note here that if this is successful and I do end up getting money back from the guy, I'll donate it all to Child's Play.
