Rescue adorable abandoned dog from Macedonia

I am Mark. My wife, Carrie, and I are from the US, and I am in the military, currently stationed at the US Embassy Skopje, North Macedonia.
We found this puppy outside the US Embassy in Skopje after she was abandoned and hit by 2 different cars. She was lying hurt in front of the embassy, so we took her to the vet and she is now fully recovered. She is very sweet, and full of energy. She deserves a great forever home, but the only option here is back on the street, where most dogs end up abused, tortured and/or poisoned.
We are trying to raise money to get her a trip back to the US, where we know she will be able to find a loving family.
The guards at the embassy named her Mila, and she is very sweet. Mila is about 8 months old, and still loves to run around and check out everything she sees.
Stray dogs here in North Macedonia have no chance for a decent life. Please help us rescue Mila from her life of misery here and take her to the US to find her forever family.
We are trying to raise $2,000 to fund the trip to get Mila to the USA. The money will be used for my airline ticket to the US (approximately $1,200), Mila's ticket to Chicago ($400) and then her ticket to Minneapolis ($500), and Mila's vet bills (about $200) to get her healthy and ready for travel. Carrie and I are happy to pay a portion of the cost, but we are looking to raise money to help Mila find her furever home.
After we get Mila to Minneapolis, I will withdraw the funds to pay the bills we have accumulated.
The withdrawn money will go to me, Mark Weinandt, to repay the bills previously mentioned.
