Rescue cerclage and bedrest

Donation protected
On sept 27th 2016, I went in for a routine check up, and it was discovered that my cervix was open. I was 22 weeks pregnant. Babies do not survive that early, so I was sent to Vanderbilt University Medical Center to have a rescue cerclage done. This is where they put a very strong stitch in your cervix to keep it closed. The stitch is holding well but my cervix continues to funnel down close to the stitch. This is not a good sign. Today we have made it to 24 weeks and 4 days. Which I am very thankful to God for giving our girl a better chance of survival, but defiantly does not put us out of the woods! I am on strict bed rest until delivery. My husband works full time, but I was the primary source of income for our family, and now unable to work. We have a four year old at home. Our reason for the page is to help us keep our rent and utilities paid until our baby girl gets here. Thanks.
