Rescue doggies in need of your help

We urgently need to pay off the care credit it has reached its limit and we have four doggies that need constant care from their Vet!
I have Four rescue doggies, two of the doggies are seniors and my two others doggies are reaching the adult stage. Let me start with my first senior, her name is Lulu. She is a petite pug. We rescued Lulu when she was four months old now she is turning 17 in August. Lulu is 100% blind and deaf or deaf to certain sounds. She is guided by her sense of smell and is under our care 24/7. Lulu is on several medications that with the grace of GOD is keeping her in a comfortable state. She eats three, sometimes four times a day. Our Vet, Dr. Sparks from Dixie Animal Hospital, is beyond belief about Lulu's age. Lulu has beat the odds against her and is truly a miracle. Dr. Sparks says to keep doing whatever I am doing with Lulu because it is working!
Our second senior is Benji, she is about 12 years old is a terrier mix. We rescued Benji in 2007 from an owner that was about to release her around a very busy area and street. Benji became ill recently and after a very costly trip to the Pet ER, was diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension. Following the ER were countless vet visits which pushed our care credit to its limit.
Our third rescue is Dutchess. She is a 9-10 year old large pug weighing in at almost 30 pounds. A year before we rescued Dutchy, she escaped from her previous house and was hit by a car. The owner was not able to give her the necessary vet care and suffers from neurological issues and will be needing intensive dental surgery as a result.
Our fourth rescue is Peppi. He is a terrier mix and is between 5-6 years old. He previously lived tied to a tree day and night with no shade or shelter. Once in a while he would escape from the owner's house until one day we approached the owner and asked if we could just keep him. Peppi is a stud muffin flirts with all the ladies.
