Patriot Needs Help Saving OUR Rights

I KNOW ITS LONG. PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS, EVEN IF YOU DISLIKE ME OR GUNS. IT'S ABOUT AMERICA.    Hello everyone. My name is James Kawasaki from Moundsville, WV. I am spirit filled, bible believing, law abiding, gun toting American Patriot. I have no criminal or violent background. I have had a concealed carry permit almost 3 years. I fight for the People. I am a husband and father of 5 that I support and love dearly. For the past several weeks I have been experiencing multiple threats against me and my family because of my devout Patriotism and Faith. Because of this situation I have been under much stress, duress, and highly on edge. I have also been experiencing financial difficulties since work is in the slow season. Knowing all this, I'll continue. I allegedly, unwittingly, carried a weapon, (fully concealed) into a school zone, in a rush to go to a parent teacher meeting that we were late for without thinking. I carry a gun at all times even while sleeping. It has become natural and a part of me. I don't think twice about it. I'm aware of it, but it's not the top priority thought, unless God forbid I would need it.     The school was not in a session. It was after hours with almost no one there. I obviously had no nefarious intentions. I have never harmed a soul. I am non-violent by nature, but I will defend the weak and innocent at all costs. Because of my known hard stance on the second ammendment, a very evil and vindictive person called the police beforehand and told them I might have a gun on me. They set up a sting and grabbed me when I arrived. I was charged with 2 felonies in 5th degree (OH rev. Code 2923.122 A & B). And I also just found out after going to court on Wednesday they added a third count of carrying a concealed weapon (OH rev. Code 2923.12 (2)(B)), which is a felony 4.  I'm asking for everyone to help in any way they can so I can aquire proper representation and cover the huge cost of expenses I have ahead of me because of this incident. I have already thrown $635 to a bail bondsman which I can't recover (which I got from family and friends, praise God). Just 5 or 10 bucks from everyone that reads this would go a long way. Anything helps. If you care about our freedom and the right to defend yourselve this should hit home. I would do it for you.     This is clearly an unconstitutional and ludicrous law that has led to the deaths of many innocent children throughout the years. A win in this case would be an incredible breakthrough for OUR rights and freedoms and could help eliminate gun free, victim rich zones. It could also help initiate National reciprocity. It would set a precedence in case law that would inprove the security of this nation and it's people. I can legally carry a gun into a bar with a bunch of drunk crazies. I can legally carry a gun into a church of peaceful worshippers. I can legally carry a gun into almost any other place in the country. Why are our children not allowed the same level of protection?     Remember, criminals don't follow the law anyway. Look at all of the school shootings. Putting a sign on the door has stopped nothing. Listen people, this not for just me and my family! This ploy is not for selfish purposes. This is for the American people who deserve to be safe EVERYWHERE they go. This will be a difficult, time consuming, and expensive battle. But I believe in my heart it will be won if we all work together and we all stand up. I could go to prison for 4 years and have to pay up to $10,000 in fines. This would mean my house would be taken and my entire family destroyed and homeless because I made a simple mistake that harmed NO ONE! In fact, it made everyone safer. THIS SITUATION IS NO DIFFERENT THAN SPILLING A GLASS OF WATER IN A GARDEN!     If you discard this and blow it off, you are completely pissing away your gun rights. You might as well just turn them in now and admit you are a scared slave. The second amendment is under severe attack. It is the only things that protects lives and the rest of our rights. I have been fighting for our rights and standing up to tyranny for almost 3 years. I give my word to the American people that I will put every breath of me into fighting this until the end for my family and yours. All the way to the Supreme Court in front of a grand jury. No one will bring me down. I know where I'm going in the end. Even if I lose everything, I'll die a happy man knowing I tried to help the people as God commands US to.     I took an oath to uphold and defend our constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. That oath will die with me. The sad truth of it all is, the majority of our enemies are inside the borders.     I am for real. I encourage you to look me up on Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter. You may not agree with all I have to say and that's perfectly fine, I still love you. But that does not change my dedication to the Constitution or my love for our country. And that is what we should ALL be concerned about. Send to every gun owner you know. Make this go viral. It's one of the most just causes out there and could make the biggest positive impact on our nation. Please for the love of God and Country donate, pray, and share. God bless. I will keep everyone updated on the trial and where the money is going periodically and when requested. Believe me I really am doing this for you. It would be relatively easy to cop a plea and take a minor sentence with a public pretender. I want not guilty! All of my life I've wanted to do something significant and great for the world.
