On Sunday September 4th Sabrina and Angelo her husband where relaxing on the porch ! Days before she had just returned home to New York from visiting her mother who was recently diagnosed with cancer in Ohio! Sabrina had not been feeling well for a little bit leading up to that night! With all that was going on in her life she didn't take the time to visit the doctors as of yet and promised she would soon! They came into the living room so he could get her a drink and order some dinner for her. He went to the kitchen to get water and heard a thump and thought it was the dog jumping off the stand to be close to Sabrina cause Layla is her baby!! He was only gone less than a minute and when he returned to the living room where he found Sabrina was laying on the ground not breathing! He immediately called 911 and when they arrived they had to give her a total of 3 shots to restart her heart by the time she reached the ER! While running tests they found a tumor that they said most likely is cancer! The tumor had wrapped itself around her lungs which caused her to develop pneumonia as well as wrapping around her heart which made it stop beating!! She began to have seizures while in the ER! She was transferred to a different hospital and placed in ICU overnight! Since that time many tests have been done and it has been determined that she is no brain activity due to lack of oxygen!

This family is going through such a rough time! Sabrina is 38 with 3 children ages 17, 18 and 20! Her first grandchild is due in 5-6 months! Yes she recently found out she would be a grandma and was looking forward to that first dr appointment with her daughter and couldn't stop talking about the baby shower and all things baby!!

Financially they have nothing! She did not work so she had no life insurance and social services doesn't offer burial assistance in NY! Her husband went to every church and organization he could to try anything when he should be spending these last precious days with her before her machines are shut down when her family arrives from Ohio!

Please help us give her a proper burial so that her children can rest knowing she did not have to be cremated! So her mother who lost her son 3 years ago can have that peace as she returns to Ohio to begin her own chemotherapy! Every dollar will help! Thank you!!
