RICKY'S FIGHT HAS COME TO AN END!
Donation protected
Ricky's final battle with not his first, not his second, but his third CANCER is coming to an end. Ricky had a second cancer develop within his rectum shorty after his recovery from his first cancer, which was colon cancer. To prevent this cancer from coming back, Ricky had his entire colon, rectum and anus completely removed.
Ricky shortly found out that he had a syndrome called Lynch, which Lynch syndrome, often called hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer (HNPCC), is an inherited disorder that increases the risk of many types of cancer, particularly cancers of the colon (large intestine) and rectum, which are collectively referred to as colorectal cancer.
Unfortunately Ricky developed these cancers at a very early stage in his life at age 33 in 2014. Ricky rallied his second major surgery of the removal of his rectum anus and all of his colon and was getting very close to fully recovering until the third cancer scare came around. This time the cancer which is considered to be STOMACH CANCER, was attached to his kidneys and inoperatable and very very aggressive and was causing his kidneys to shut down. To give Ricky time, one of his kidney doctors was able to place stints in his kidneys to give him a little more time, but not enough time for his body to fight back against the agressive cancer that was spreading. He was told by his oncologist that the cancer he has would not be able to be treated with chemotherapy or radition and at this point the only option my brother had was to spend the rest of the time he has with family and friends and to enter hospice care at the Hearford House in Western Kentucky.
My brother, Ricky Coon, Jr. has underwent so much pain through out surgeries and treatment, he has went through heart ache by his fiance leaving him during his first cancer and Ricky has struggled to live and support himself financially through the past three years. Our family does not come from money and through the years I have worked two or more jobs to help him to be able to regain some independence and afford to pay his bills because that is what a good sister, mother, father, aunt and uncle do for someone they love.
Due to Ricky having all these medical struggles life insurance was too much for any of us to be able to afford. We as a family would like to ask for help to be able to celebrate his life when he enters the gates to heavan. We as a family do not have the funds to give ricky the proper send off he derserves and are asking for your help so we can afford to have a funeral for this young man I call my brother, my best friend and my hero. Any amount of donation would be greatly appreciated. Lets all spread the word and help honor this young man because he deserves it! I know if I was in his shoes he would do the same for me. Thank you and god bless.
